  • The generator is a quick tool in the browser for a PDF with no sign-up. The workspace is your billing home after a trial or paid plan: saved invoices and quotes, links clients open in the browser, unlimited clients and line items, money overview, email, reminders, and sync across devices.

  • Yes. New accounts get one 7-day trial on Solo or Studio with no credit card. Your invoices and clients stay in the workspace during the trial. After it ends you can add seven more days once (14 days total). Subscribe anytime during or after the trial to keep full access.

  • Solo is $9/month; Studio is $19/month (yearly billing available on both). Both include unlimited invoices and quotes, client links, saved clients and line items, email, reminders, and recurring invoices. Clients get a secure link in the message, not only a PDF attachment. Automatic payment reminders and recurring invoice emails are separate from this monthly limit.

  • You can set up to three automatic emails after the due date: friendly, firmer, then final. You choose timing and wording. NeatInvoice only sends them when the invoice is already sent (or late), still unpaid, and has a due date.

  • Yes. When you send a link, NeatInvoice records when your client opens it. You see how many times it was opened and when it was last viewed.
