If you create an account, we collect your email address and store your invoice data in our cloud database (Supabase) to enable cross-device sync.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for authentication and account management. Your invoice data is used solely to provide the cloud sync feature. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Invoice data for guest users is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. If you create an account, your invoice data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Supabase has its own privacy and security policies which you can review on their website.

4. Cookies

If you authenticate, we use session cookies managed by Supabase Auth to maintain your login state. These are essential cookies required for the authentication functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies without consent.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. Database access is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring you can only access your own data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Guest data remains in your browser's localStorage until you clear it or the storage quota is reached. Account data is retained until you delete your account or request data deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
