By accessing or using NeatInvoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeatInvoice provides a web-based invoice creation tool. Users can create, edit, preview, and download invoices as PDF files. The core features are available free of charge without registration. Optional features may require account creation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials if you choose to create an account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated invoice data) are the property of NeatInvoice. The invoices you create using the Service are your own content and you retain all rights to them.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NeatInvoice shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to errors in invoice data, service interruptions, or data loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
