Who operates NeatInvoice, what the product is (and is not), and how third-party services fit in.
Service provider
NeatInvoice ("we", "us") operates a web-based invoicing workspace at neatinvoice.app, including the guest invoice generator, signed-in workspace, public invoice viewer, and related support pages. The Service is offered for lawful personal and commercial use subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Nature of the Service
NeatInvoice is a software tool for creating, organizing, sharing, and following up on invoices. We do not act as your accountant, payment processor, collections agent, or legal advisor. Tax rates, invoice numbering rules, and regulatory compliance for your jurisdiction remain your responsibility.
Paid and overdue status in the workspace reflects what you set, plus automated rules described in the product (for example marking sent invoices overdue when a due date passes). We do not verify that money has reached your account.
User content
Invoices, client details, payment links, and messages you create are your content. We do not routinely review user-generated invoices for accuracy or legality. When you publish a live link or send email through the Service, you control what recipients see.

Information in the Service is provided for general operational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your business and location.
We strive for reliable sync, delivery, and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, correct arithmetic in every edge case, or successful email delivery to all recipients.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties to function, including but not limited to:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- Resend — outbound invoice, reminder, and transactional email
- Polar.sh — subscription billing and customer portal
- Payment link providers— URLs you optionally embed on invoices (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Wise) are controlled by you and governed by those providers' terms
We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment processors, or services you link to from your invoices. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
Copyright and trademarks
The NeatInvoice name, logo, application design, and source code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the Service is prohibited except where allowed by law or explicit license.
Trademarks and logos you upload to your business workspaces remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and transmit them as part of the Service.

Marketing pages, blog posts, or invoices may link to external sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
